The evolution of the Tradition
The Selvolini Family, the oldest family in the village of Volpaia, shopkeepers and traders since 1600, today producers of Chianti Classico wine and extra vergin olive oil into the Castle.
Our company
15 hectares of vineyards and 4 hectares of olive groves. The predominant grape variety is Sangiovese. The oldest vineyards date back 50 years.
Experience
A walk inside the castle of Volpaia to discover Tenute Selvolini. The experience will end in the Ospedaletto dei Cavalieri di Malta, now used as a winery, with the tasting of four wines and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our wines are a complete expression of the territory, through skilful winemaking, obtained exclusively from grapes grown on the estate and processed in our cellar in the centre of Volpaia Castle.
